Service is available every 20 minutes between Lambert International Airport and downtown area hotels. For passengers needing a wheelchair accessible van, please call ahead to reserve at least 48 hours in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate shorter, or no notice, but there might be a longer wait.

Inbound Service From The Airport
No reservations required. Depart the concourse and proceed to Baggage Claim area of the Main Terminal. Our Main Counter is located near exit MT-12. For Southwest Airlines we are located in the East Terminal lower level near Information booth. (For assistance proceed to any of the Hotel/Motel Reservation boards, pick up courtesy phone and dial 91)
Outbound Service From The Hotel
Scheduled Service.
Reservation will be required for transfers ONLY after 6:30 pm from these hotels:
• Adams Mark • Millennium • Marriott Pavillion
• Hyatt Regency • Renaissance Grand Hotel
To schedule your return after 6:30 and from other hotels, we suggest you call (314)428-7799 or (800)844-1985 at least 4 hours prior to your desired departure time. Remember, airlines recommend you arrive 2 hours before your flight.
